She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Fouts; her son Fred Fouts; and her siblings, Robert Hayes, Charlie Haye and Marjorie Carnine.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Fouts (Jan), Linda Muhleman (Darrel), Steve Fouts, C. J. Fouts, Rex Fouts (Marcia) and Lesa Starling (Gene); her sisters, Janet Jones (Warren) and Carol Keck; and her daughters-in-law, Karen Gengler and Gail Fouts. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
