She is survived by: her parents, Luther Hartsough and Kathleen Hartsough (Jolly); her husband Don; her children, Stacy, John Martin, Casandra and Scott Smith; her grandchildren, Hayley Dobbins of Zanesville, Hunter Faulhaber of Columbus and Lane Faulhaber of Zanesville; her stepgrandchildren, Allison Barber of Hilliard, John Martin of Newark and Briar Barber; her sisters, John Durish of Steubenville and Lita Hampton of Colorado; and also Donald Ousley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
