He is survived by: his wife Lori J. Hastings (Marshall); his children, Cory Hastings and Courtney Spicer (Steven); his grandchildren, Christopher, Ellie, Carter, Laelee and Madilyn; his siblings, Mary Riehl (Kenny), Stanley (Ruthie), Leonard, Roy (Kathy) and Michael Hastings; and his sister-in-law Christine Hastings.
