He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Sue Nethers (Mox); his daughter Amber Ove; and his brothers, Melvin Nethers (Jackie) and Terry Nethers (Sue). He is survived by: his children, Charity McFarland (Dirk) of Newark, OH, Trisha Brighton (Andrew) of Lancaster, PA, Clay Williams (Silvia) of Port St and Casey Williams (Autumn) of Perry Township, OH; his son-in-law Jon Ove of Nashotah, WI; his grandchildren, Katie McFarland (Peter Martin), William McFarland, Rachel Schwarzentraub (Matthew), Lydia Carlson (Spencer), Miriam Meneely (Noah), Abigail Evans (Ryan), Clare, Elise Ove, Clayton, Maren Williams, Avery, Griffin and Sawyer Williams; and his close friend Brenda Atwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Licking Valley Athletics Boosters or Hospice of Central Ohio.
