He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dean and Emily Hunter (Fowler); his grandparents, Henry, Sidney Fowler, Basil and Becky Hunter; and his close friend Rand McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy S. Hunter (Gause) of Nashport; his children, Steven Hunter of Coshocton and Dawn K. Miller (Reuben) of Shreve; and his grandchildren, Jared McCluggage of Blissfield, Mac Stewart of Millersburg, Meghan Stewart of Millersburg, Emma Hunter, Dakota Hunter and Eliyah Hunter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, and his beloved dog.
