He was predeceased by: his parents, Goodno G. Donnett and Maisie Corwin (Hefflinger Donnett); his son William L. Donnett Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara Hicks and Tony Corwin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sheffer; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Duane Scott; his grandchildren, Cassie, Chad Muehlfeld, Jordan Scott, Kaycee Atkinson and Tiffany Scott; his great grandchildren, Levi, Audrey and Holly Muehlfeld; his siblings, John Donnett and Darlene; and his brother-in-law Jerry Hickman.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, masks are required for attendance, and social distancing is strongly encouraged.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Sharon United Methodist or to a charity of the donor's choice.
