He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Hasapes. He is survived by: his fiancé Martika Bernard; his children, William Jr., Levi, Jackson, Johnathon, Elliot Csendes, Regina, Melody and Zakiyya Lewis; his parent April Csendes (Carter); and his siblings, Amber Houts (Mitch), Eric and Ryan.
