He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Hill and Bernadine A. Hill (Keller); and his siblings, Raymond, Bob Hill and Wilma Anderson.

He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Carter (Brandon) of Reno, Angelica Sial (Khumi) of Southern California and Nicole Cooper of Napoleon; his grandchildren, Xayden, Xander Sial, Mya, Robert Castillo, Maliki, Aliyah, Paul III and Si'Miyah Cooper; his great grandchild Ja'Mya Foster; his brothers, Ben Hill (Susan) of Haskins, Don Hill (Linda) of McClure and Guy Hill (Kim) of Napoleon; his sister-in-law Karen Hill of Adrian, Michigan; and his close friend Wayne Barber.
