Velma Gerken Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Gerken of Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away on July 27, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Baden and Erna Baden (Bostelman); her husband Delbert C. Gerken; her grandson Joshua Gerken; and her siblings, Lawrence and Renetta Schneuker.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Gerken (Deb), Elaine Borstelman (Roger), Margaret Stubbs of Nebraska, Dennis Gerken, Gary Gerken and Kevin Gerken; her grandchildren, Jason, Andrew, Krista, Andrea, Katie, Matthew, Brianne, Brandon, Logan, Cole, Hunter and Kaelyn; her brother Harlin Baden (June); and her sister-in-law Mary Baden. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
Due to the current health conditions surrounding COVID-19, masks will be required to attend services or visitation in accordance with the State.
Memorials are suggested to Genacross of Napoleon, St. Luke Lutheran Church, or a charity of the donor's choice.
