He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Stevens and Ruth Stevens (Gerken) of Napoleon; and his niece Stephanie Fruth. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Fruth (Douglas) and Sharon Haas (Ray); his nephew Jonathan Fruth (Hannah); and his nieces, Kimberly Stevens (Jason) and Heather Kinsman (Lloyd). He is also survived by great-niece and five great-nephews.
