He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Starr; and his grandparents, Betty Dulaney, Henry and Waveral Starr. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Starr (Dulaney); his brothers, Lucan, Roger and Shawn Starr; and his grandfather Charlie Dulaney.
