She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyce Stites and Ruth Stites (Roughton); her husband Gary Myers; and her siblings, Phyllis Teopas and Samuel Lee Stites.

She is survived by: her children, Kelly Boulton (Greg) of Archbold, Kim Wiemken (Randy) of Archbold and Brad Myers (Susan) of Napoleon; her grandchildren, Brittany Hurst (Andrew), Erica Zamora (David), Brooke Boulton (Andy Durham), Rachel Rhodes (Thomas Brittian), Ben Wiemken (Megan), Ethan Wiemken (Madison), Elizabeth Joseph (Tyler), Anthony Sager and Alexis Myers; her great grandchildren, Brynn, Aubree, Gabriel, Isaac, Zeb Hurst, Kyler Boulton, Kade, Klay, Kala Zamora, Isaiah, Luke Wiemken, Lilian and Liam Wiemken; and her brother Cloyce "Sonny" Stites (Pat) of Fremont, OH..
