She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rafferty and Hildegarde Rafferty (Haase); her husband Earl Babcock of Napoleon; her son James Earl Babcock; her grandsons, Jess Alexander Babcock and Kevin Michael Carlson; her sister Anley Oberdick; and her daughter-in-law Janet Essex Babcock.
She is survived by: her children, Steven James (Kathy Carlson) of Sylvania, John Alan Babcock (Candy) of Napoleon, Thomas Edward Babcock (Leigh Ann) of Napoleon and Linda Sue Boulton (Jeff) of Napoleon; and her sister Fleety Phillips (Tom) of Wauseon, Ohio.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren.
