He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wagner and Eulah Wagner (Clay); his former spouse Emelie Wagner (Vandenberghe); his wife Gladys Wagner (Romes); and his stepgrandson Matthew.
He is survived by: his children, John Wagner and Jean Cohrs (Terry); his stepsons, Rick Buddelmeyer (Diane) and Scott Buddelmeyer; his grandchildren, Ryan, Drew, Derek, Emelie and Jillian; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas and Brittni; his stepgreat-grandson Nicholas, Jr.; and his siblings, Richard Winzeler (Eunice) and Mary Mungons (Ralph).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Filling Home Foundation.
