He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Windover and Agnes Windover (Weaver); his wife Linda; his brothers, Duane and Leroy; and his sisters-in-law, Gladys and Doris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Chapman (Joey) and Mindy Kleiman (Tim); his grandchildren, Michael Kleiman and Sydney Fein; and his siblings, Alvin Windover (Donna) and Elizabeth Perry.
