It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Warren Decker of Napoleon, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Robert Sr. Decker; and his brother James Decker. He is survived by : his mother Charlotte Decker (Jones); his daughters, Hannah Balula (Tyler) and Haley Decker (Brendon Kesler); his grandchildren, Kaidynce Owens, Kyleigh Balula, Bentley Balula, Luca Gustwiller and Tinsley Balula; and his sister Linda Jacobs (Matthew).
