He is survived by: his children, William "Steven" Winseman, Eve Carrie Urbina, Robert William Winseman and James Donovan Winseman; his siblings, Margaret "Peg" Stephens and Fred Winseman; and his grandchildren, Janessa Winseman, Nathaniel Urbina and Isaiah Urbina.
