He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blair and Dorcas Blair (Finks); and his wife Joyce Blair (Milnor). He is survived by: his children, Amy Blair (Margarito Bais, Jr.) of Napoleon, James Blair of Napoleon and John Blair of Napoleon; and his grandchildren, Clayton Blair, Gabriel Gomez and Kathryn Shultz.
