It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Panning of Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Panning and Betty Panning (Felgar); his brother Bill Panning (Sharon); his nieces, Kristen Tatham (Tyler) and Abby Meyer (Seth); and his great-nephew Aiden Tatham.
