It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Franklin of Napoleon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin and Katherine Franklin (Lunce). He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Roach; his children, RaAnn Bauman (Dean), RaLyn Franklin and Richard "Kale" Franklin (Francisca); his grandchildren, Kegan Williams, Scott Bauman (Katie), Amy Leitch (Joey), Kristen Franklin and Katie Franklin; and his siblings, Robert "Kick" Franklin and Rita Notman (Ray).
