He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kelley and Elizabeth Kelley (Weaver). He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Kelley (Elizabeth) and Matthew Kelley; his grandsons, Maxwell Kelley and Benjamin Kelley; and his siblings, D. Michael Kelley (Kathleen), Barbara Hesselschwardt (William), Timothy Kelley (Angela) and Dennis Kelley (Karen).
