She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Thompson and Lillian Thompson (Behrens); and her siblings, Lucinda Foster and Sonny Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Toby Wendt and Tracy Wendt (Heather); her grandchildren, Hayden Wendt and Madison Wendt; her stepgrandchildren, Joseph Flauto and Emily Flauto; her siblings, Kermit "Kit" Thompson (Mary) and Joyce Rogers; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Bernicke, Collette Herman (Gene), Barb Cochran (Phil) and Robert Bernicke.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Henry County Humane Society.
