He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Markins and Irene Markins (Roof); and his siblings, Wilma, Harold Johnny, Arthur, Glen, Gary and Rick.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Markins (Geswein); his child Shawn Markins (Kelly) of Napoleon; his sister Thelma Shope of Pedro, Ohio; his brother-in-law Dick Geswein (Donna); and his grandchildren, Kyle Markins (Leanne), Chris Young (Rachel), Andrew Young (Emily), Kari Blandy (Joe) and Kreg Markins. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Paul may be made to St. Vincent Cardiovascular Department.
