He was predeceased by: his parents, Odgar Glen and Lucy Pearl Rice (Gump) of Glendale; his wife Phyllis Rice; his daughter Charlotte Rice; and his brother Thomas Rice.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Rice (Lori), Shirley Hoover (Dennis), Cheryl Ludemann (Donald), Cherry Gibson and Veronica Miller (Randy); his siblings, Virginia Hanson and Sam Rice (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Ashley Altaffer and Dusty Ludemann. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Odgar's memory may be considered to Elara Care Hospice, Toledo Veterans Affairs Clinic or the American Cancer Society.
