She is survived by: her daughter Heather Smart (Chris); her grandchildren, Jordan Smart (Makenna Miller) and Mya Smart; her great grandchild Lilith Smart; her sister Wanda Spears (Gary); and her nephews, Tim Cortez (Mindy), Jeremy Cortez, Mike Cortez (Julie Ekstrand), Darrick Cortez and Jeff Cortez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
