He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. "Bill" Seal and Marilyn Seal (Ash); and his siblings, William Seal, Jr. and Sandra Pates (Seal). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline S. Seal (Salyer); his children, Derrick Seal, Bryan Seal, Timothy R. Stepp and Hollie Sorell; his grandchildren, Charisma, Kyliah and Katherine; his great grandchildren, Eli, Addie and AJ; and his siblings, Carolyn Ervin (Larry, Sr.) and Paul Seal.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Free Christian Church of God, Continental, Ohio.
