She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Koppenhaver and Anne Koppenhaver (Potter); her husband Melvin Lane; her sons, Melvin, Jr. and Thomas; her grandson Michael Lane; and her siblings, Margaret Nice, Erma Miller and Kenneth Koppenhaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Lane-Baldwin (Thomas); her daughter-in-law Rhonda Lane; her grandchildren, Jennifer Grubaugh, Nathaniel Lane, Audrey Lane and Blake Baldwin; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Tristan, Connor, Hannah and Ian; and her brother Lester Koppenhaver (Barbara).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, or the ALS Association.
