He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Mullins and Pearl Mullins (McCloud); his daughter Traci; and his brother Sidney "Junior" Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis; his daughters, Heather Caplinger (Leroy) and Cynthia Armey; his grandchildren, Dylan, Chandler, Amy, Marcus, Alexandra, Emma, Ethan and Willow; his great grandchildren, Kendalyn and Jude; and his siblings, Roberta "Bert" Ferrel, Barbara "Bobbie" Mullins and Lowell Mullins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
