She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Gustwiller (Bartley). She is survived by: her father Daniel Gustwiller (Barbara); her husband Mark Andrews; her children, Nikkole Qualls (Garret), Aiden Andrews and Ariel Gomoll; her sister Gwen Gustwiller; and her mother-in-law Sharon Bischoff.

Memorial contributions may be made the CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice or the Henry County Relay for Life.
