Knepper (Napoleon, Ohio), born in Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, June Knepper and Bonnie Forster. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Diemer; his daughter Larry E. Knepper (Tamyra) of Napoleon; his grandchild Nichole Tapp of Jamestown; and also, Casey Knepper of Napoleon and Noela Knepper of Napoleon.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to Henry County Special Olympics.
