She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Blanton and Phyllis Blanton (Primmer). She is survived by: her husband Brad Golembiewski; her children, Angela Travelbee (Rodney) and Ryan Eager; her grandchildren, Abigail Trausch, Braxton France, Mathew Eager and Oaklin Gasche; and her siblings, Teresa Hansen (Scott), Diane Blanton and Terry Blanton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials to a charity of the donor's choice.
