He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Palmer and Estella Palmer (Shultz); and his brother Ronald Palmer. He is survived by: his sister Marlene Saul of Wauseon, OH; his children, Doug Palmer (Vickie) and Joan Meyer (Todd) of Maumee, OH; and his grandchildren, Todd Palmer of Napoleon, OH., Brianne Kramer (Jason), Amanda Martynowicz (Mike), Tom Palmer (Rachel), Maggie Durham (Jace) of Burlington, NC and Molly Outland (Robby) of Cary, NC. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rodenberger Funeral Home - Napoleon (1010 Westmoreland Ave, Napoleon, OH 43545). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society or the Sharon Church Memorial Fund.
