It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Blanton of Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 93, on February 7, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garney Weems and Maggie Weems (Creager); her husband Hobert Blanton; her daughter-in-law Sandy Wolf; and her siblings, George, Bill, Jessy Ray, Jack, Norris, Allie, Pearl, Annie, Laura, Louise, Laverne and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Kathy) of Napoleon, Dennis of Napoleon and Kenny (Marsha) of Poteau; her stepson Steve Blanton (Theresa) of Plantation; and her sister-in-law Lois Weems of Paris Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, masks are required for attendance at the funeral home and cemetery, and social distancing is strongly encouraged.
Memorials in L. Jean Blanton's memory may be made to First Baptist Church of Holgate or a charity of the donor's choice.
