She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Ruth Thomas (Soash); her daughter Sheryl Russell; and her siblings, Mary, Eleanor, Jake, John, Ross, Willie and Ruth.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Kelley; her children, Sandra Anders (Dan Simmerman) of Auburn, IN, Russell Kelley (Pat Bailey) of Kunkle, OH and Ronald Kelley (Jeanette) of Stryker, OH; and her siblings, Carol and Larry.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all services will be private with burial at the Wauseon Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of the family.
