He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mengerink and Denilda Mengerink (Wagner); and his wife Marie Harms. He is survived by: his children, John Mengerink (Alicia) of Ayersville, Diane Gustwiller (Gary) of Ayersville and Darlene Sauder (Dean) of Archbold; and his brother Richard Mengerink (Sally Greenham) of Napoleon.
