He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fouts and Esther Fouts (Miller); and his sister JoAnn Fouts. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Detmer; his sons, Andrew Fouts and Tony Fouts (Jill); his stepsons, Terry Detmer (Teresa) and Dan Detmer; his grandchildren, Kayla Fouts, Case, Carver Fouts, Kenzie, Hannah Detmer and Karlee Detmer; and his sisters, Barb Nye (Eldon), Marilyn Denny, Berta Smith and Judy Korak (John).
