She was predeceased by: her parents, Geard Botjer and Emma Botjer (Buchholz); her siblings, Norman, Donald, Richard and Betty Heiny; and her daughter-in-law Margie Cordes.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Cordes; and her children, Kenneth Cordes (Mary Cramer), Patricia Wyse (Rodney) and Keith Cordes (Arlene). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon Township or the Filling Home of Mercy, Napoleon.
