Helen Frysinger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Frysinger of Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hoover and Orel Wells Hoover; her husband Gerald "Bob" Fisher; her siblings, Olive Daub (Perry), Ethel Wagner (Edgar), Cecil Hoover (Joanne) and Herbert Hoover (Edith); and her stepson Michael Russel.
She is survived by: her son Joel Fisher (Karen); and her stepsons, Kenneth Frysinger (Peggy) and William Frysinger (Leslie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St, Paul United Methodist Church, Napoleon, Ohio.
