He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Knepley and Inez Knepley (Robinson); and his siblings, Wilbur Knepley and Norma Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Anna Homan; and his children, Susan VonDeylen (Duane), Steve Knepley (Sandra) and Shelley VonDeylen (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
