He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Kathryn Johnson (Burkmire); his stepfather Nash Thomas; his sister Flo Rolfe; and his pets, Luis and Harley.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Carol Hahn; his stepbrother Neal Thomas; his children, Vicky Kaminska (Kris), Julie Ann Murdock (Al), George Tom Johnson (Kelly) and John F. Johnson (Rosanne Pedraza); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Patrick Kaminska, Troy, Tyson Murdock, Christal Swany, Anthony, Nick Johnson, McKenna Hopkins and Zane Johnson.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or American Cancer Society.
