He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Shumaker and Ila Rose Shumaker (Geitgey) of Napoleon. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Shumaker (Darlyn) of Marengo, Diane Roehl (Rick) of Springboro, Linda Johnson (Phil) of Napoleon, Gale Shumaker (Deann) of Liberty Center and Mary Shumaker of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
