He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Raker and Hazel Raker (Hoffhines); his former wife Marilyn Brown; his son Randall Raker; and his siblings, Clyde, Floyd, Clifton (Skip), Willard Raker, Velma Simon, Katherine Leininger and Beatrice Klostermeier.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Raker; his daughters, Rebecca O'Kenka and Roxanne Raker; and his stepdaughters, Mary Vaughn (Rodney) and Sara Howard (Brian). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 great great-grandson and step grand-children and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon to help defray the expenses of the funeral.
