He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Patrick and Luella Patrick (Bare); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Patrick and Andrew Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Kessler; his children, Douglas Patrick (Amanda), Pamela Miller (Lenny Froelich) and Kathleen Anderson (Lee); and his grandchildren, Ethan Vance, Seth Vance, Jacob Patrick, Austin Patrick, Alexis Miller, Thomas C. Miller, Marc Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Justin Anderson and Jessica Anderson.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Make-A-Wish Foundation or to the Henry County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
