It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Bitzinger (Napoleon, Ohio), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bitzinger and Laura Bitzinger (Rosebrock); and his brother Michael Bitzinger. He is survived by: his wife Alice Bitzinger (Richard); his children, Carol Bitzinger (Derek Ithen) of Columbus and Christopher Bitzinger of Napoleon; and his siblings, Christine Aab (Barry) of Wapakoneta, Robin Bitzinger (Vicki) of Omaha and Marlene Blair (Chet) of Holland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
