He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pacey and Audrey Pacey (Burkhart); his wife Donna Jeanne; his great grandchild Cassie Bilow; and his siblings, Franklin Pacey, Eleanor Weirauch and Mary Ann Klepplinger.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Hefflinger (Rodger); his granddaughters, Teresa Bilow (Mark) and Jeanne Repass (Rick Baden); his great grandchildren, Ashley Niceley, Allison Repass, Abby Bilow, Kadie Shearer (Darryck) and Alex Repass; his great great grandchildren, Aiden Repass, Devyn, Kyrie, Schaden and Reyna Shearer; his siblings, Arden Pacey (Helen) and Margaret Boger; his grandchildren, Nicki, Bentley Cochran, Allayna and Ariella Ochoa; and his close friend Jo Kissner.
