He is survived by: his mother Jean Anne Westhoven (Gerdeman); his wife Mary Schnitkey; his children, Amy Grooms, Kristin Westhoven (Jenny Arthur), Kim Moore (Rusty), Kyle Westhoven and Garrett Figy; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Smith and Kari Shortridge (Shawn); and his siblings, Gary Westhoven, Lindsay Westhoven (Nanci), Julie Schwiebert, Pamela Riedeman (John), Douglas Westhoven and Timothy Westhoven (Kathy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 9 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be directed to St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Vincent de Paul Society, or OSU Wexler Medical Center.
