He is survived by: his wife Heather Dawn Welch; his children, Jordan Smart (Makenna), Mya Smart (Michael Shiffler) and Autumn Finn (Jordan); his grandchildren, Lilith Smart, Novah Shiffler and Adelaide Finn; his brother Rob Smart; and his sister-in-law Carey Smart.
