He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Delores English, Sr. (Healy). He is survived by: his wife Judy English (Busch); and his children, Mark Mahlman (Amy), Scott English (Amy) and Michelle Mahlman (Matt). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
