She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cloud and Maxine Cloud. She is survived by: her husband James Donald Spencer; her daughters, Tamara Fay, Judy Scheiwe (Kevin) and Donna Smiley (Patrick); and her siblings, Patricia Toombs, LuAnn Goode and Michael Cloud (Pat). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
