Guise of Napoleon, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Phillips and Avis Phillips (Chadwick); her husband Thomas D. Guise; her son-in-law Steve Hulbert; and her brother Samuel Phillips.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Dickman (James); her grandchildren, Christopher Hulbert (Karen), Shanna Sidle and Andrea Damman (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Zachary Hulbert (Karlie), Austin Hulbert, Madison Burke (Sheldon), Logan Sidle, Garrett Sidle, Cody Damman, Carson Damman and Caden Damman. She is also survived by three step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice.
